I’m Tamsin, a recruiter with over 10 years of experience hiring for SaaS, AI and technology start-ups and scale-ups.

I began my career in headhunting before moving in-house, partnering directly with founders and leadership teams in fast-moving tech companies. Most notably, I led talent acquisition for a high-growth AI unicorn, giving me first-hand insight into how hiring decisions impact culture and long-term business outcomes.
